Governments throughout countries in the world have developed many sustainability programs, but development of initiatives may an impact only when measured on a regional basis. The economic division between different islands and geographical zones Indonesia is still evident which needs to be considered. This study aims explore challenging factors that vulnerable community North Minahasa are facing economy sustainability. uses both qualitative quantitative approaches. A technique with in-depth interview 59 villagers uncover variables needed for questionnaire, after that, transcription was examined using content analysis technique, then transformed into survey questions. valid questionnaire given 200 respondents respondent selected by enumerator conveniently from 2 Villages Tiwoho, Budo. Compare income skills, Business Condition, Risk tolerance, Accessibility, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Usability has significant difference income. higher their income, they tend better financial skills.
